Heart, Grit, and Great Stride: Highlights from the Inter-School Cross Country Competition
What a afternoon of racing! Today, our cross country team delivered a standout performance as we went toe-to-toe with our partner schools in a fierce yet wonderfully spirited competition.
From the opening whistle, our athletes showed true determination on a challenging course. Every single runner pushed through the fatigue, navigated the turns with focus, and finished remarkably strong. We couldn't be prouder of the dedication and sportsmanship shown across the entire squad.
A huge special mention goes to our top runner, who delivered a tactical, high-energy race to cross the line in second place overall!
Equally inspiring was seeing so many of our runners stepping up to compete in their very first cross country match. Taking on a formal competition for the first time can be daunting, but our debutantes tackled the distance with confidence, enthusiasm, and incredible grit.
Thank you to our partner schools for fantastic competition, and to all the supporters and coaches who cheered from the sidelines. Today showed not just the individual talent on our team, but the fantastic team spirit that makes our school community special.
